Digital Products – Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all Bobbysus products are digital knitting patterns delivered via instant download, all sales are considered final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

❌ No returns or exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.

✅ Exceptions (we’re happy to help)

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases

  • Being charged twice for the same order

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the downloaded file

If this happens, please contact us at info@bobbysus.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
